Replace the silence with… discovery.

Applying for a job often feels like shouting into the void. Signal is forming a way to turn your actual work steam into something visible and sharable, so better connections can start to emerge.

What Signal Does

Signal is taking shape in two ways: making it easier for the right connections to find you, and understanding where your work, style, and personality fit best.

Market Your Skills

Let your work speak for itself

Share your Signal profile or widget with recruiters or hiring leads. It opens up a more direct way to explore your work history, and see where you shine. Visitors can:

  • Ask your Signal agent about your work
  • See relevant work surfaced from your history
  • Connect directly with you when it makes sense

Score Job Listings

Get an honest read on where you fit

Paste in a job description and Signal scores it against what you've actually built, not just what's written on your resume. You can quickly:

  • Score jobs from your Signal dashboard or widget
  • See your personal fit score for any role
  • Spot gaps and where to improve

You can also enable this feature for visitors to boost transparency.

Why do resumes suck? Because they are static summaries written under pressure, optimized for keywords and bullshit. They flatten your work into bullet points that rarely capture what you actually shipped, debugged, or learned. And also… they waste paper.

What's Your Fit?

Signal can read any work opportunity you provide and generate a Fit Score for you, along with a set of 0–10 scores across skills, alignment, and personality. It gives a quick sense of whether an opportunity is a good match for your time.

Score Signal Fit Strategy Action
8–10 Hot Prioritize and follow up Book a call (configurable)
6–7 Warm Stay connected Add to network (configurable)
0–5 Cold Pass No action

Skills 0–10

Overlap between what the role needs and what you've actually built. Specific languages, frameworks, project types, and outcomes, not keywords on a resume.

Alignment 0–10

Not just whether you can do the work, but whether you actually want to. Draws on what you've expressed excitement about and your stated deal-breakers.

Personality 0–10

Inferred from how you work, not a questionnaire. How you approach problems, communicate, and make decisions, matched against patterns in your actual sessions.

How Signal Works

Signal is just getting off the ground. We're offering Early access to people who are actively using AI in their workflows. If that’s you, jump in and start your signal. If not, you can still join the waitlist and follow along as Signal takes shape.

1

Connect Your History

Connect a source of your real work (like GitHub or your AI session history), and Signal builds your profile directly from it. No forms, no resume upload. Your work speaks for itself.

2

Refine Your Profile

Signal builds a clearer picture of what you’re looking for as you use it. Score a job listing or have a conversation with your Signal agent. Each interaction adds signal. You can also set or edit your preferences directly.

3

Share Your Signal

Share a link to your profile, or drop the Signal widget on your portfolio or GitHub profile with one line of code. Visitors can explore your work history and see how it lines up. No resume ping-pong.

4

Add Hooks (Power Mode)

Add a hook to your Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex setup and Signal logs your sessions automatically every time you commit. Capture the tools you used and problems you solved, instantly. The first time I tried it, I cried.

You've done the work.
Now let it speak.

Early access is for people using AI tools daily and building real things. If you have a body of work worth sharing, Signal is ready to help you surface it.
